Fundamentals of Arizona Real Estate Appraisal

Learning about the Appraisal Process, although real estate brokers and salespersons are not responsible for having the knowledge, skills, and abilities of professional real estate appraisers, they should have a fundamental understanding of the valuation process used by appraisers to determine property values, because this understanding enables them to confidently predict the successful fulfillment of prospective real estate transactions. It also enables them to effectively conduct basic market analyses on behalf of their clients. Within this course, you will also identify the purpose of the real-estate appraisal, types of property valuation, four methods for assessing value, reconciliation, and the key components of an effectively written appraisal report.
