This course provides the six hours of instruction required for a salesperson license in Arizona.

Dodd’s School of Real Estate teaches through interactive methods so that you will be able to learn effectively and retain the information required by The Arizona Department of Real Estate.

The ADRE requires all new soon-to-be licensees to take the (6) six-hour Introduction to Contract Writing Course prior to activating your license.

Our goal is to help you understand each form, document or contract and their supplemental documents that are a must in taking a listing or a lease or offering and negotiating a sale or rental.

This interactive course is full of videos that will walk you through each form step by step so that you will have a good understanding of what and when to use these documents.

This course is an ADRE pre-licensing requirement and once you complete it, you may use the credits towards your ADRE continuing education requirements for your license renewal.
