A to Z Buying and Selling HUD Home Online
Objectives: This class is designed to teach today’s real estate agents the process of buying, selling, and closing HUD homes. This class focuses on the entire HUD home buying process from registering to bid on HUD homes to submitting a bid and ultimately following accepted offers to close of escrow. Learn the ins and outs of the new websites, new owner-occupant bidding timelines, commissions, and more. HUD home sales are a rapidly growing part of today’s marketplace. The Federal Government has a very rigid process for offering these properties for sale.
