Code of Conduct

The National Association of Realtors® requires each of its members to attend a Code of Ethics class every 3 years. The purpose of this online CE course, we will focus more on how the licensing laws “relate” to the Code of Ethics. The NAR requirements of the Code of Ethics will instill a strong sense of ethics in every Realtor®. NAR, however, does not promote making the code interchangeable with any statute or law because this code is separate from the statutes and is voluntarily adopted by Realtors®.
